 Our PG and VG based e-liquids contain nicotine in amounts which could be dangerous if used improperly or if consumed by minors or pets.  By placing your order for these products you assume all responsibility for the safe handling of these products.  By inclusion of your birthdate at checkout you affirm the fact that you are at least 18 years of age and are allowed to purchase nicotine products in your state/province.

JuicyLiquid strives to provide the safest products available.  However, e-liquid and e-smoking in general have not been proven "safe" by the FDA at this time.  While the individual ingredients (Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, Water, Ethanol, Nicotine) are recognized as generaly safe for human consumption, we cannot attest to the safety of using these products in personal atomizers.  We believe that e-cigarettes provide a better alternative to tobacco products, but until the time that scientific testing can bear out those beliefs we urge you exercise caution when using these products.
